From market-testing to mass-manufacturing
Our role spanned product design, strategy, engineering, industrial design, manufacturing, software development, and go-to-market planning.
We began with a discovery and validation phase, analysing customer data and testing prototypes with both people and pets. These real-world insights shaped the industrial design and technical requirements, ensuring the product was both innovative and practical.
Hardware development requires trade-offs — balancing cost, customer experience, and technical feasibility. We managed the entire process, aligning business ambition with customer needs.
We completed EVT, DVT, and small-volume production runs, finalised the digital application, and prepared the product for mass manufacturing and global launch.
